Message	I got a ticket for that same problem, and if you choose to fight it and go get the liscese plate holder, keep the receipt, take a picture of it on the car, and take it to the prosecutor, they will either dismiss the ticket or reduce the cost of the ticket substantially depending on the sale date of the liscense plate holder on the receipt. Mine was reduced to half the ticket cost which cost me $50.
